Why wouldn't it? As long as the threading for the relevant bb is the same. The Giant is BSC/JIS threading I assume. (ie British/Jap standard 68 mm) So as long as you get the appropriate bb thread for the bb that goes with that crank, there's no problem.

It will with the appropriate BB,but I duno why anyone would want to throw money away on that crappy DA triple design, unless it's a giveaway. Buy an ultegra.Just as functional,alot less money and none of the issues you get with the 7703.
