Just wondering if anyone here has used an inversion table (pic) and if they liked them. If so, please elaborate. Our local Sam's Club has them for about $140. They sell for $168 online but that includes shipping.
I've heard of some of the horror stories, such as bursting blood vessels in the brain but I can't help but think much of that is urban legend.
I have used gravity boots for years and there is nothing wrong with me....sort of...well nothing from the gravity boots . Seriously, I am not an MD, so I cant speak to that, but it helps my back and knee pain. I dont know why the knees though. Thats a good price, they used to be $3-400
