If you were to go to Google and type in safety videos and then search using the "pages from the UK" button, out of the 3.2 million hits the second one takes you to
www.thinkroadsafety.gov.uk/ campaigns/teenagers/teenagers.htm
which features a cycle safety section called "cycle smart" with interactive games c/o Disney.
Modesty prevents me from saying who has the number one hit out of the search ;-)
