Toaday I watech an episode of Delhi Belly on UK Food and was tempted by
the Paratha bread. After a few false starts on the spelling, I have
tracked down a couple of recipes but was wondering if anyone has any
favourites that they's like to suggest.
Failing that, will be giving it a go during the week once I've got
access to some suitable yoghourt for dipping.
