In about a months time, I will be going back to the pool.
I am looking to do some drills.
The pool is 25m. I would be doing a workout for about an hour.
I am looking for drills for each of the IM strokes.
Thanks,
Micheal

Freestyle
zip drill - good for the elbow position. Imagine you have a zip
up the side of your body and each time your arm recovers, zip up
the side to the arm pits.
Backstroke
Catchup - at the recovery phase, the arm held at the 12 o clock
position until the the other arm gets there before starting its
pull again. A difficult one to do but great for the leg work.
