Is it possible to upgrade a threaded 1" fork on my Raleigh 1987 Technium to a threadless design. I would like to add canti brakes if I could do this. I saw where Nashbar had one.
Also I was wondering if Canti Brake Braze ons are avalable for the rear and where I could purchase these.

Yes, you will need a threadless headset and stem as well plus the time/labor to install it all. Those older frames often had a lot of fork rake, so check to see that a new fork won't alter the frame geometry to drastically.
Might be a lot of expense just to get canti brakes.

Anything is possible if you throw enough money at it. Makes more economic sense to get a proper frame.Plenty of cheap used stuff around.
