What do you think you should do?

I ask because this is a good thing for you to figure out on your own.
You're going to have to take care of the body you've got for a long,
long time. It's a good idea to learn to listen to your instincts.

So, what do your instincts say?

The kid says he's 14. Can't you find a little human kindness in you
somewhere? Do you really think that's why he's weak, or are you just
trying to be funny by mortifying a kid? I guess what I'm asking is, did
you TRY to be an [censored] or are just naturally one?

I'll tell you the same thing they told me here.

If you want to bench press more, bench press more often.
I started pressing 3 days per week and started seeing real progress in
    about a month.

    Oh, and EAT MORE!!!!!!

    Cheers!

You are fourteen and are sneaking up on a double bodyweight bench
press. That's actually pretty impressive. Keep up what you are doing
    🙂.

If you want to gain weight (and add strength) then you simply need to
eat more. Try five or six meals a day instead of three, and consider
tracking what you eat on fitday.com.

20 lb is hard to believe. Is that 20 lb plus the bar or what?

How long have to been lifting? What do your workouts look like?

You can spell nominal and adversary but you can't spell 'what'
or 'weigh'? I smell a troll.

Don't listen to this dork. If you do you'll just become another fat
america Ahole with high cholesterol. Take up running, and you'll
likely put on weight. Running puts weight on skinny people, while
taking it off fat ones. In the end, running will get you to your ideal
    body weight.

It's about time one of you dumb(_!_)'s spotted that. I said "troll"
the minute I looked at it.

On my screen a 1 and a l look almost exactly the same (I probably
should change fonts) instead of 20 lbs I saw 201 lbs. So it wasn't
bad math, just a bit of mild dyslexia 🙂.

If it makes the original poster feel better when I first started
weight lifting at 32 years of age I could only press 80 lbs (I weighed
in at a robust 245 lbs). If you are lifting an Olympic bar (45 lbs)
plus another 20 you are actually doing fairly well. Bench press a
couple of times a week, eat a lot, and mix in some squats and your
numbers will go up in no time. Even if you are only benching 20 lbs
(dumbbells or something) you still will improve with time and effort.

It's incredible how sick some of these 'people' really are. A bunch of sick
cowards! It makes them feel good to insult others over the internet where
    they feel safe.
