  1. I am using a standard Mirage Triple chainset. Does Campagnolo or anyone
else make a smaller inner chainring or chainset with a smaller inner?

Yes, you can fit a 28, 26 or even a 24. I use TA chainrings, cost
about 13 quid. I think the Campag inner ring has a PCD (or BCD) of
    74mm.

    I replaced the 52, 42, 30 with three new TA rings 50, 39, 28.

Can any of these be fitted to a 10 speed Veloce crank, replacing a 39?

They fit any Campag triple on the inner position, any speed, but can't
replace the 39 on any Campag double crank. 39 is the smallest that can
fit a current Campag double Veloce.

Next year (maybe later this year) there will be a Compact Veloce double
    crankset with smaller rings.

I've heard end of October mentioned. Condor had some on their display
bikes at the Excel centre show, but not in stock at the moment. I'll
be getting one as soon as they are available...along with the matching
    front mech.

    Cheers Pete.
