  1. When I was in High school, in gym class, the teacher had us do 8 different
types of crunches. I cannot remember them all.

    Do you?

    Thanks,

    Micheal

Are you asking because you want variants of ab exercises, or because you
want to know if 'we' can remember variants of ab exercises?

    Michael,

why can't you just do a search on the internet? I feel like almost all
questions you ask in here can be answered by doing a web search. A couple of
sites just off the top of my head that list everything you want to know
    about ab exercises are:

    www.bodybuilding.com
    www.exrx.net

Yes, I do know. However, to explain and type it all would take a substantial
amount of time. It would be much easier on everyone concerned if you would
    show a little initiative.

Maybe you didn't get the point. Doing crunches is not at all like
doing the third arabesque. You just get down on the floor and do
crunches. You can twist to the left and twist to the righ, if you
want, or you can touch each knee with the opposite elbow. You can even
go to the gym and use the crunch machine.

Or you can do dolphin kick for 15 minutes, with and without flippers,
    with and without a board.
