  1. Does anyone have any good workouts using a swiss/exercise ball?

  2. Yes,,, you take the ball and let it roll down a mountain. After it gets
going pretty fast, you chase after it.

As it rolls and rolls and goes over fields, and then a cliff,,,,,,, and you
    follow it.

Swiss Ball rolling is a one time activity.

    Some.

-Sit on the ball, close your eyes, lift one leg and move your hands
around randomly. Trains your core muscles to react to imbalances.

-Put you stomach on the ball, walk out with your hands with your feet
together, insteps resting on the ball. Do pushups.

-Repeat the above exercises with only one foot on the ball and one in
    the air.

-Put your stomach on the ball and lift the opposite leg and arm (i.e.
lift your left leg and right arm). Switch arms and legs, getting faster
as you get the hang of it.

-Lie on your back, put the back of your knees. Bridge your body between
the ball ond your shoulders. Roll the ball in and out slowly.

-Lie on your back, hold the ball between your feet with your ankle
bones. Arms out flat on the floor. Alternate sides: touch the ball to
the floor on the left and right, slowly.

-When done with the above exercise, roll the ball between your feet with
    a scissors motion.

-Lie on your back, lift the ball off the floor with your feet held
between your ankles, swing the ball slowly over your head and touch the
floor above your head. Arc back and forth using your core muscles.

-Stretch your stomach back by laying on the ball backward and forward,
letting your arms flop down. Doesn't require a lot of coordination but
    it feels great!

I typically to ten reps of the above, but YMMV, eh?

  4. Grab ball with both hands. Raise ball over your head and back as
fas as you can stretch. Now, with a fast, forwardly thrusting
motion, throw ball as far away as possible. Go have a
cheeseburger and get back on your bike.

    : )

    Just kidding!
