In my youth, the hot item was a BLT. Of course, that was before
fastfood hamburger joints even existed.

A BLT was a Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato sandwich. A very tasty sucker
back then. Using the same sandwich lingo logic, a BMT would obviously
be a Bacon, Mayonnaise, and Tomato sandwich.

Nutrition is simple, when you have a brain without an academic B/S
education.
