  1. Went out this evening, weather quite mild, not much wind [1]...
    Average 33.4 km/h - new record, w00t! Previous best 31.8 km/h [2].

    In contrast to other rides, I warmed up first and got out of the built
    up area before starting the clock.

    Outgoing 10 miles, against the wind and I'm looking at speeds of 30-35
    km/h on the computer. Final time for that was 29:45, then I turned
    round. Har...

    Return 10 miles in 27:36 and a total time for the 20 miles of 57:21 or
    thereabouts 🙂

    Deliberately chose the country route, so that I wouldn't be troubled
    with traffic lights and cars. There were a few cars but not many.

    Now I just need to lose some more weight.

    [1] = plague of bugs, I lost count of how many I swallowed :-/
    [2] Including warming up and built up areas.

    for 10 mins
    time 30 minutes
    was on a yamaha 900 though

    some trees back to cilcain 12 miles 3 hours
    think i pushed it more than i rode it
