Dally said:I've had tendonitis in my shoulder for about two years now. It comes
and goes, but has been hurting a lot lately so I decided to try
acupuncture. Today was my first day.The lady explained some voodoo involving "chee" (short for "cheese
doodles"😉 and how the energy flow (of the orange powder) would course
from my over-chee-ful legs into my chee-depleted shoulder if she only
would stick me with these dozen or so needles.I'm no wimp, and the needles looked really tiny, so I agreed to this.
Well, it turns out the needles didn't hurt at all. And that's bad, so
she kept pushing them in until they did hurt. She wasn't quite
satisfied until I made little yelping sounds with each needle. Stoicism
bought me NOTHING.Then she tweaked the needles for a bit, left me for twenty minutes to
lie there being a pin cushion, and came back to remove the pins and
collect her money.I forgot to ask her if it's okay for me to take ibuprofin afterwards.
Doesn't matter, though.Because my shoulder stopped hurting.

Next you'll be handing out long distance "chi-strikes" while using your
"one-point" to stay firmly attached to the earth while balancing on your
smallest toe.
Damn Voodoo woman, just rub some dirt on it.
