Corrected version:

Dave Wickware is a spamming scumbag who attempts to use this
noncommercial newsgroup to drum up business for his quack nostrums,
at least some of which are severely overpriced. He also posts reams
of nonsense involving the cause and cure of disease.

Many people on this newsgroup abuse Dave Wickware (the spamming
scumbag mentioned in the previous paragraph) because of his persistent
spamming and nonsensical postings. This often offends him.

Too bad.
