You say this as I'm rapidly becoming TFW®. Perhaps I should change my nick?
TFM® is once again, The Fat Man. Why does marriage do this? Or is
    happiness to be blamed?

I know - "just a sliver" then she proceeds to "fill the plate"

I never did understand just how my overeating helped the staving children in
    Europe.

Yeah, I'm an evil b**** and I never help anyone, ever, ever. Don't know how
    to cook, either.

Dinner later today is the thawed grilled tilapia with the 1/2 cup of cream
of spinach soup as a "sauce", with either some rice or couecous as "bed" or
roasted dilled potatoes if I go out and buy potatoes.

She was supposed to send it to them! When did parents ever do that (I'd
    like to know)?

I swear, Jill, if you cook much more tilapia, you're going to begin looking
    like one. :-)
