I was looking at the results of the local club races and I saw a DQ for violation of 105c. I can't find reference to 105c in the USCF rule book, or in the UCI rule book. Any ideas?
Thanks
(I presume it is sprinting dangerously or something)

It's in the USCF rulebook (page 34 of the following document).
