Full well knowing that I am on the lmmpsmf he brought in a pound of
"Mocha-Rochas" today and placed them at about arms length right in front
of my desk. These are dark chocolate almond rocha with Starbucks coffe

It's just candy, tough guy. It's not like you've never had any before,
and it's not like you'll never have any again.

I was 13.11 (87.5) on the scales on Monday after a very 'social'
weekend, today I am 13.5 (84.8), and this is a quite common
    occurrence.

I know Monday's weight is due to bloat and fluid retention, but it is
a lot of weight and can be as much as 10 lbs difference some weeks.

It has never bothered me particularly as long as it comes off, and I
know my metabolism is good provided I pay attention to retention of
LBM, but it is a nuisance that I have to deny myself for five days of
the week, in order to keep control.

I have a number of friends, both male and female, whose lifestyles are
almost identical, yet they have no such dramatic fluctuations.

Go figure, as you Yanks are wont to say.

    How's it going Om? ;o)

    I didn't know anyone cared.

Anyhow. I haven't forsaken you, I'm just feeling lazy with the
    creativity right now.

If he always brings them in for the whole office, just deal ...

If he is bringing them in just to mess with you, fight back ....
Wait till he is walking by then tell him:
"Yeah, I can't really eat these on my diet ... but I can still kinda
enjoy them" ... pop one in your mouth, chew or suck for 10 seconds,
then spit it in the trash without swallowing ... sigh contentedly and
say ... "AHHHH !!!! that hit the spot, thanks for bringing them in"
Pop another and repeat three or four times in a row ...

Repeat occasionally till the whole pound is in your trash-can ...

Its only fun for him if it bothers you ... if it annoys him that you
are "wasting" them he won't do it again

    Enjoy your free candy 🙂

Blue Bowls, 2, perfect for ice cream or cereal, $3.72
