    You don't really clean it; just brush the crumbs off. If you get sloppy
    and melt cheese on it, clean it with a plastic scrubbie.

    Mine is a pain, but worth the clean-up. Besides using the tool that came
    with it, I will use a big bunch of q-tips to get the [censored] out of the
    grooves. Mine has a lot of grooves! That's one of the reasons I chose it;
    besides I love any product from Italy!
