  1. Would your rhubarb custard cake work with canned, drained peaches?
    Less most of the sugar in the recipe, since canned peaches are mostly
    sweet in a syrup. Any thoughts???? Thanks ....Sharon

    I don't know.
    My thought is that it would be sweeter than I would like. YMMV.

    ignored. I still have no idea why there was so much freakin' interest

    Why wouldn't you just try it. If you hate it, put it in the trash. You
    would be out less than 5 bucks and about 30 minutes of time.
