  2. Tagging on my update.

    I have returned to dining out, so I expect progress to be slower. Many
    months ago I did the math on the calories and projected that the best I
    might be able to do was 1 pound a month, once I reached 150. I discovered
    that was incorrect. I can still lose weight pretty fast. Instead of 1400
    per day, I seem to be capable of averaging 1200 per day now that I am
    smaller. However, I'm thinking a slower weightloss rate might be more
    sensible in the lower ranges. Just a few pounds makes a large visible
    change in things. I'm guessing my body has some catching up to do, in terms
    of re-engineering itself.

    This month's weight chart is pretty wild. (below)
