I am always blown away about all the new tech coming out on bikes. Things are getting cheaper and better year after year.In 95 I bought a Apollo Himalaya for $1000, it came with RST elastometer forks 40mm travel, 7005 frame, no name V-brakes and Alivio running gear. These days my friend's Apollo which cost $350 is lighter, longer travel fork and as well featured. IfI spent the same, I'd have disc brakes, deore running gear, way better forks....
I just ain't imaginative enough to come out with something new on bikes....
