Thinking cheap may work for you, if your looking just to trash tires goto a nearby department store that sells bikes and look at what they have. I had bought a pair of "multiuse" tires that were basically low tread off road tires to try on my MTB, they were insanly soft to the point they skid on pavement just when stopping at a normal-hard rate, and the slid longer than I appreciated. Could be what your looking for.

Also you can lean foward somewhat while your doing your skid to lift the weight off the rear tire. Of course, if you have some practical purpose for wanting a fat skid I am probably not giving you useful advice.
