I think it sid from the start that it was a sale expiring like the 31st

Yeah they said in the beginning it was a "special introductory price".
It was a good deal at the time, haha.

I bought a 36" Radial 360 at the introductory price (my first Coker). I put
about 20 miles on it over the past weekend, and I'm very pleased with it so
far. I replaced the pedals and seat post clamp, but that's just personal
preference. I like the gel saddle, and would say it's as comfortable as the
padded KH saddle that I'm used to. Overall, I think the unicycle is a good
deal even at the regular price.

An odd thing I noticed was a kind of dull tapping noise corresponding to the
rotation of the wheel. I'm not sure what was causing it. I thought it
might be something stuck to the wheel, but looked it over and couldn't find
anything. Anyone have any ideas?

I also noticed that my right leg tends to turn in toward the frame to the
extent that my leg frequently touches the wheel. As far as I can tell the
saddle is straight, so maybe it's just bad riding posture. This did not
cause the tapping noise, since when I made a point of keeping my leg away
from the wheel the noise still occurred.

I noticed a noise that I traced to the tiny bits of rubber that stick
out from the tire. These are the little rubber bits that are presumably
a remninent from the rubber molding process on the tire.

On my uni they were hitting the frame during rotation, creating a noise.
I just pulled them all off (you could probably remove them quicker with
scissors but it gave me something to do at traffic lights).

No more noise.

I just got my Radial 360 today and was very pleased with it. I never
rode a 36" before but it didn't take long for me to adjust and feel
comfortable. I too hear the faint clicking noise but the little rubber
tabs on the tire don’t come near enough to the frame to be the cause. I
don’t know yet what it is but the uni rides fine otherwise. Both of my
legs did hit the wheel while making sharp turns but I learned to make
adjustments. The uni likes to keep moving and a smoother approach is
needed. I was pleased that I was able to climb fairly steep hills with
it. My 29" uni with 125mm cranks is a little easier climbing but it
also weighs a lot less.

Do many Coker rims have the spoke holes drilled off cener on the rim?
On mine the two rows of spoke holes are shifted about 2mm to one side.

Seems ok, the wheel is centered and true.

Just a bit of trivia, they are called sprues, it is where the rubber (or
whatever material is being cast) is injected through holes into the
mold.

I, too, bought this at the lower intro price. It's a sweet ride. As
