  1. just seen this item on ebay: cgi.ebay.comU Stone Bicycle Light w Generator Very Nice W0QQitemZ7182429786QQcategoryZ22689QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem WTF! am i reading this wrong? is this a mistake? i never seen a 20 volt 10 watt generator. most are 6 volt 3 watt. i seen on occasion 12 volt 6 watt dynamos, but even those are hard to come by. if this is legit, i wonder much drag this system must have. it must be miserable....

    The biggest I've seen is 12volt 20watt. It was probably printed the wrong way round.

    even that's interesting. i e-mailed the ebay user & asked him to read me exactly what the label on the dynamo says as i can't see it in the pic. i once bought a 12 volt 6 watt dynamo, & it was very poorly built. it had much drag & made a lot of noise, & tended to slip at high speeds. i had to be going very fast for full light output. not to mention, to find replacement 12 volt bulbs for this system were almost impossible. i used 6 volt dynamos all my life mostly union dynamos made in germany. they are very well built & quiet, not to mention practically fully bright at a fast walking speed.
