I would like to increase my testosterone levels for a short period of time to increase muscle gain and fat burn. I would like to know what natural supplements are available which will provide a 100% safe effect. I don't want to damage my bodys hormone producing functions.
I have been looking at Tribulus terrestris. Any comments on this? What are the dangers in using this supplement?

Yeah, and I want world peace, Shania Twain in my bed, and a huge [censored].
I have to settle for one out of three. You get nothing.
Natural, increase muscle, burn fat, 100% safe? Ask Santa Claus.

do you know what your current level is? you can check with your doctor, this is easily measured with a blood test and may have been done at your last physical. they may already be high, in which case supplementation might not be a healthy thing. Pick up heavy things, put them down, repeat. ;-)
Seriously, I understand that lifting heavy increases testosterone and HGH levels right after a workout.
Thinking about sex a lot is also supposed to work. <G>

Shania's maid told our maid that while she was impressed with the size of your equipment, she was somewhat put off by the number of warts per acre.
If that is really true (and I have no reason to doubt that it is) her maid was obviously confusing me with Cohen
Neither maid made it clear whether they were talking about Shania or the maid's experiences. Next time I'm giving either of the maids one, I'll ask them for a clarification.
What has become clear from my awareness of Shania's itinerary, given that we fornicate in the same social circles, is that both you and Cohen spend a lot of time in delusional day-dreaming.
To be perfectly frank (which as I've told you before I'm not as I am perfectly John) I have never seen either you or the Atheist Jew in any of my dreams about Shania, which includes a whole host of other celebrities and their maids, so it may just be that you are a pair of lying [censored].

Which may account for the reason why the two Davids are abundantly testosterone fuelled.

How's it going Om?
Good. Life is better ATM than it's been for a very long time. 11 weeks of being seriously back at the gym (no more just screwing around with weights at home) has worked miracles in strength, flexibility, attitude and endurance. And my high heart rate (main motivation to stop screwing around) is improved somewhat, but still has a ways to go. Current weight loss is at 50 lbs. with 70 to go.
I hope your life is going well? -- Om.

Well, maybe it's not the maid at all. Maybe your butler holds the key to this little puzzle. I think it is time the Atheist shed some light on this

Does it raise either high enough for long enough to have any real effects?

I'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my neighbours from crime, and became the victim of it. Complications in hospital following this resulted in a serious illness. I now need a bone marrow transplant. Many people around the world are waiting for a marrow transplant, too. Please volunteer to be a marrow donor: http://www.abmdr.org.au/ http://www.marrow.org/

Good question...
My Anatomy and Physyology professor, when discussing hormones, the reproductive system and other physiological effects of sex hormones told us an Anecdote about a study done when he was in the military.
On board of a submarine, the ships doctor kept track of beard growth rates in the crew.
He noted a significant increase in the rate of beard growth about a week before they were ready to dock for shore leave...
Testosterone levels directly affect the rate and amount of beard growth.

That would be zero and nothing has "100% safe effect"
