  1. Hi,

As fall bears down on us like a jackknifed 18-wheeler with no brakes and a full load of live pigs,
the Mad Dog Media 'CrossNet has begun posting links to 2003 cyclo-cross websites at
maddogmedia.comcrossnet -- if you've got a favorite racing or training series with a
web presence, please send the URL and some basic info to me at [email hidden] and I'll
    spread the joy.

    Cheers,

I think we should send you Jiyang Chen and that Philly "hold my beer watch this" guy.

Cheers, and have a Goose Island IPA on me whenever,

Now that Pat's moved back to civilaization it'd probably be fairly safe. If he was still out in
the bush I just get this picture of Pat and Brian sitting on the back porch shooting beer bottles
off of Jiyang Chen's head while he's tied to a tree amd they're finishing off the case. Bill C

I think that Patrick prefers cross bikes to guns. Of course it would be a bit difficult to pop a
bottle of Ji's head with a cross bike unless you were really a great rider.

I don't think Pat's as bad with either as he claims. Bill C

I have five 'cross bikes and five firearms, and I can (and have) hit the Earth with them.
Everything and everyone else is safe -- unless, of course, they have the misfortune of being
    between me and the planet.

Sure, go ahead and ruin a great mental picture by sticking reality

    into it.

I was picturing a cross between "Deliverance" and William Tell

    with bicycles.

And I had this picture of a crossed up 'cross bike knocking the bottle off of Ji's head. Maybe a
litttle squirting blood from the chainring.

That works for me too. I just can't see Brian getting a 'cross bike

Errr, old cross dude. Anyway, anyone with a bit more flexibility than a sober Patrick.
