problem of condensation and metal stress.

I keep my bicycles stored in my garage where the temperatures range from
single digits in the winter to triple digits in the summer and have yet to
have any problems. I can't imagine the temperature variations in your
apartment are going to be as extreme as in my garage. I don't think it's
anything I would worry about.

Temperatures that are tolerable for a person are not even close to producing
any effect in the metal. Condensation could be an issue if your apartment
is damp, and goes through temperature swings. I'd keep an eye on the bike
long enough to see whether anything is happening.
