  1. Hi everyone,

I'm curious, has anyone rigged up their own lat pull down device? I
can't afford a lat pulldown machine and am thinking about building my
    own.

If you've created one on your own, I'd love to know how you did it,
what it looks like and how you live it.

    Thanks!
    CM

If you can do pullups, just do those - you can assist with a rubber band
    (http://www.jumpstretch.com or similar) if necessary.

What are you trying to accomplish with the lat pulldown machine?

Isn't that what a bowflex is best at?
