  1. Over the summer I've been cycling a fair bit with Nathan. It's worked well,
as this means he gets his easy spinning session and I get my workout...
trying to keep up with his easy spinning.

Today is is last day of freedom before the return to college, so we went out
on our now usual Tuesday jaunt over to Heydon for lunch together. The first
time I went over there, I went on my own and my pootle average was 10.2mph.
Today my pootle average is 13.5mph for the same journey. So I can thank my
son for getting me a bit fitter over the summer!

At least this school holiday was put to good use 🙂

    Cheers, helen s
