Send an e-mail off to Sky asking if/when they intend to show the Tour

Mention that you are thinking about ending your Sky subscription
because of the lack of cycling on Sky,or if you aren't currently a
customer that you would happily subscribe if they were to show it.
You might not think that a few dozen,or hundred,e-mails would count
but you would be surprised.
Why do you think they show so much Golf,Cricket or Rugby Union ?
They show every other sport for Cliff's sake so why not ours !
I agree in principal (and will do this), but wouldn't it be better to
have a concerted campaign to get it on the BBC? I think it's really
poor, given the number of digital channels the BBC now has, that the
best they could do is one 90 minute special eight days after the event.
ITV2 might be a good target, too, since they made a reasonable job of
the TdF.
All three would be better still, of course.
I can't find an email address for the BBC sports commissioning editor,
but there's a page for emailing Grandstand here:
<URL:http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/tv_and_radio/grandstand/3129695.stm>
or you can snail mail to
Grandstand, Room 5110, Television Centre, Wood Lane, London, W12 7RJ.
