  1. Have to say that the Polar support by these guys is superb. I bought my
720i in December 2003. Around 3 months later it leaked water and Pursuit
replaced it without any questions. The current watch has been running
flawlessly since then, used 5 days a week and sometimes on long rides on
the weekend. I use the IR transfer system heavily (twice a day).

Lately I started having problems where it would take me a lot of messing
around to download data to my computer at home and iPaq at work. It
smelled of a low battery problem, even though the low battery indicator
hadn't come on. Sent it to Pursuit on Monday, agreed to pay the $11 for
same day turnaround. Got it back today with a new battery and working
perfectly. And, they waived the $11 fee, so it was $26.50 all up. That
    also includes pressure testing!

  2. Absolutely, these guys are superb in service. In my case,I was looking to get hold of that special shape cadence magnet for my power meter,as the second hand unit that I bought didn't have one, and thinking of buying one from them.Unexpectedly they sent me two different versions, so that I can experiment which one works best for my bike and all these for free.
