Service second to none.
A week ago, I ordered some parts. They arrived on the working day after
I ordered them.
Due to a packaging error, I received two left sided cranks - an easy
enough mistake.
On email later and I get an apology and a promise to post a new right
sided crank asap. It arrives on the next working day. No questions, no
doubts expressed, no excuses, just a quick response to my problem.
And this to a customer who hasn't bought anything from them for about 2
years.
Highly recommended.
