Everyone seems to remember "The Chopper", but how many remember "The Tomahawk", had one of these as a child but do not remember much about it did anyone have one? Any links, any memories?

I'm pretty sure one of my children had one, sort of midway between the "learner" bike with stabilisers and the first "real bike" (which was a mini racer, with five gears and drops bars, I think). The Tomahawk was about ninth hand and was passed on to a neighbour's kid in due course. I recall it was a sort of metallic blue colour, with a black plastic seat. We would have it round about 1985 or thereabouts?

Googling about seems it was first out in'72 so ninth hand does not seem too much of an exageration. I think I had mine, '73 or '74 something like that, probably new no idea what happened to it. -- This post contains no hidden meanings, no implications and certainly no hidden agendas so it should be taken at face value. I had a Grifter. I wasn't cool enough for a Chopper.
