    A proud & beaming Mr Soiler has just wheeled his new SS in from the shed. Mungo bars, 15 yo Dura Ace gruppo, black powder-coated 58cm Tange Prestige frame, and borrowed my Bertone "FartMaster 3000' saddle.

    Think I'm dossing on the couch tonight. :o

    I was intending to ride it to work today, as a shake down before Saturday.
    Didn't happen.
    I'd finished building it & gone to bed, when a loud BANG!! from the hallway woke me.

    Rear tyre blew off the rim! 😠

    I'd had trouble seating the new tyres, especially the rear. I'll check the damage tonight.
