I am being forced by my employer to move. The area that I am moving to
has no gyms. A good friend of mine is expecting his first child soon,
and to create space in the house his wife has said that he must sell his
Bowflex Extreme.
We were talking the other day and thought that we may be able to help
one another out. Actually he told me to just take it, but I feel like I
would be ripping him off.
You see when he got it he was 5'6" 110lbs. He now weighs 215lbs and has
about 2% body fat. I on the other hand, having had access to a Smith
Machine at my gym was able to get up to 250lbs and 1.5% body fat in the
same time. (We started at close to the same size/weight)
So having seen what it has done for him, I believe that it will be a
good way to keep my tone while I am gone. I will be there for two years.
But I also believe that I will be taking what has been a very useful
tool for him from him. I thought that this group might be able to help
me come to a fair conclusion concerning how much money I should force
him to take for it.
Any thoughts?
