Pretty much anything green.......
Buy Atkin's book (The New Diet Revolution) or "Atkins for Life".
Both of those have food tables.
Cheers!

Vegetables should be considered as items to eat, not to "take" like
vitamins.
If you are serious about going on Atkins, you should obtain his Dr.
Atkins New Diet Revolution book and give it a good read. Failing that,
check out http://www.atkins.com. It's better not to do low-carb at all
than to do a half-assed job of it based on things you heard here and
there about it. Once you KNOW what it's about and have a plan of
action, you will be much more likely to succeed. Seriously, if done
wrong, it can just make things worse. If done right, you WILL lose
weight AND you will feel MUCH better.

The OP may not be American -- in fact, the OP is posting from a .uk
address which would indicate that s/he probably used proper local
vernacular.

Any veggies (except potatoes, if you call it veggie) in unlimited amount
worked for me pretty well.
