  1. Hello,

As I have been getting deeper into my weight training, and increasing
the muscle mass on my body, I have noticed a few anomalies:
-My right pectoral is much more developed than the right
-My left back muscles are more developed than the left
-My left shoulder has more mass on it than the right

Now, to add to this, my right shoulder blade is "double-jointed" in
some way. I can move my shoulder blade about 2 inches upward, as if
there was no socket keeping it in place. I have gone to the doctor
about this in the past after experiencing shoulder pains during sleep,
but he said it was nothing to worry about, that I just had a vastly
extended range of motion for my right shoulder-blade.

Now I can only assume that there are a few ligaments/tendons that are
different on my right side, which would put more emphasis on my right
pec when doing shoulder excersizes/bench presses.

Could anyone give me some advice on how to get my right shoulder to
take on some more load- shifting it away from my pec? The imbalance is
getting pretty noticable, and I would rather try and correct it now
than even further down the road.

    Thanks

    Dumbbell work, maybe.
