    Anyone know where I can get a single headset spacer made? I remember an ad once offering to cut you a single spacer of any size. I need 55 mm. My carbon stack started clicking or ticking under heavy acceleration so I put the aluminum ones back in. They're better but still not entirely quiet. This was driving me crazy until I saw a blurb about it on Roadbikerider.com.

    Try a metal fabricating shop, if there are any near you. They may have aluminum tubing the right size and could cut you whatever length you need.

    Thanks Dude. I'm sure that the ad I saw was to make a spacer out of carbon in one piece in the length you needed. Obviously the 5, 10, 20 mm sizes available are cut from a single long piece. Any body else seen info anywhere?
