Is this correct? Some "real" cyclists, during the race, they stayed in their small gear (42T or 39T)
for the high cadence rather than grinding in the big one (53T).

mashers. Real cyclists choose a gear that will put them in this cadence range, whatever it may be.
If they are very fast, it will be the big ring. If they are very slow, it will be the small ring.There, wasn't that nice?
