Two flour tortillas (6" size, not very large). Both schmeared with Light Mayo. TJ Black Olive Tapenade smeared on one, my schoog concoction smeared on the other. Slice o'ham on top of that. Mild yellow onion slices on top of the ham. Three wee gherkins laid across the middle of the one with the tapenade. Baby spinach leaves on both. Each rolled. Both eaten. Accompanied by Spanish olives from Zabar's in NYC (NOT Now Your Cooking) Could've been worse. Could've been better.
Tomorrow at 0-dark-thirty, Rona, her mom, and I are going to the Minneapolis Farmers Market. I'll get some basil and cilantro there to make some more of the schoog. That stuff is seriously good. -- -Barb, <http://www.jamlady.eboard.com> 8/3/05 New York-Vermont tab (a couple pictures added to the 7/29 note on 8/5)

You're missing a brewski!
Nah. I don't drink much beer, ever, and today's a fabulously cool day besides. I do, howsomever, have a nice glass of TaB beside me at the moment. -- -Barb, <http://www.jamlady.eboard.com> 8/3/05 New York-Vermont tab (a couple pictures added to the 7/29 note on 8/5)
