hi. if you're steve mcdonald i'm trying to find you to ask you about your homemade shims. i'm not that good at surfing this forum and getting my questions answered. i'm looking for specifics on how to make shims for my recumbent bike to prevent ongoing knee problems. i have REGULAR pedals that i don't clip into. is it you i should be talking to? thanks, casey
