  1. anyone ever had good/bad/other experience with "keep it rolling"
    protection plan? i have not had good luck/fortune with it. maybe
    somebody knows otherwise?

    Looks like the waste of money extended warranty industry has made it to the
    bicycle business, eh? Just say no.

  3. technically and i emphasize technically they cover componentry from
    derailleur to chain to spokes to cabels, suspension, drive train labor
    and parts..just not tubes, tires, pads...BUT the authorization process
    effetively keeps you out of your bike for ridiculous amount of time and
    yada yada....anyway, unless someone offers good experience i just want
    to caution folks
