  1. I've been interviewed this evening for Points West, the local BBC news
programme. They're doing a piece about safety on the Bath-Bristol
cyclepath and wanted to talk to me about last year's fishing line incident.

I don't know yet when it's to be broadcast, but probably one day this week.

Find out please... and if it's going to be on the 'listen again' facility of

Sorry, I didn't specify. It's tv, not radio. But I'll post the
    broadcast date when I know.

Do you know if they are mentioning doggies and their clueless owners.

Items like this are often used as time fillers e.g. tonights Severn tide
    piece.

You may not find out the day until that day. (As it is the balloon fiesta, it
could be on a rainy day).

I've mentioned dogs. Just after the journalist finished interviewing
me, we heard a cyclist swearing loudly at the clueless owner of a loose
doggy. I don't know if dogs will come up, although I reckon they'll
probably use the *very* good footage they got of a couple of kids going
    past on motorbikes.

The journalist decided she wanted to do the article after she and her
husband were assaulted on the cyclepath. I think she's taking it quite
seriously, though obviously I don't know about her managers.

She must be riding pretty quickly nowadays, then, if she can keep up with
    both you and Danny.

Anybody with Sky can receive all of the BBC + ITV regional programmes. I
sometimes find myself watching Channel Islands TV for some reason.

She gets her son to tail them whilst she stakes out likely cafe stops along
their route. Weird how neither Dave or Danny have noticed it's always the
same waitress serving them whichever cafe they're in.

Okey apparently this is on tonight, within the next 30 min.

  15. It started with the interview with me, then there was an interview with
a chap who had a shopping trolley pushed off a bridge as he was riding
underneath it last week, then shots of kids going past on motorbikes.

I was struck by the presence of a helmet during the journalist's piece
to camera. There was no sign of it when we were riding together or when
    she was interviewing me.

Then there was a studio interview with a Sustrans representative.

I've got it on video. I'll post the audio and some photos soon. I don't
have the gear to convert it to a video file though.
