I found a gummi devil in a box of Haribo Gold-Bears. I can not find any mention of such a thing on the web or usenet with Google. Does anybody know anything about this? Here are a couple of pics, one taken with flash and one without:
No, I evaluate rare Gummi collectibles for a large New York-based auction house, and wrote the definitive price guide (though it needs updating after being out-of-print for two years).
Either that, or I'm a forger of rare Gummi collectibles, infamous for creating the Gummi Mona Lisa, which sold for an astounding USD$850,000! Guess you'll have to figure out which it is! Maybe both! Gotta watch out for those price guides! :-)

Reminds me of the "Gummi Venus de Milo" from "The Simpsons...

Do you know anything about the availability of gummi christs? I want to make a madonna pinata.

Yeah, the Haribo site was the one I visited first.
Unless the local Ralph's has old stock, it shouldn't be a Halloween thing ... and if it were, it should've been marked? This was a plain ol' box of "Gold Bears". I suppose something from a specialty production line could've accidentally found it's way into the wrong box .. . . but as you said I didn't even see it as a specialty item on their site.
