  1. This might have been mentioned before, but I've never seen it. A great
    breakfast idea (for when you just need something different) or for
    desert. Here's what I did:

    1 slightly rounded tsp of sugar-free metamucil
    ~ 1/4 to 1/2 cup water
    1 pkg sugar substitute
    1/2 cup to 1 cup of your favorite plain, no sugar, no starch, no
    additives yogurt

    Mix the metamucil and sweetener with 1/4 cup of water. Let it stand for
    about 5 minutes. It should get pretty thick, but still liquidy... add
    water to get a good consistency. It should stick to the back of the
    spoon. Add in yogurt and whisk or mix with spoon or fork.

    For people who look at the yogurt container and read 9, 10, 11g of carbs
    per cup and say ... "that's not low carb." Check out this thread:

    Of course, you've got to make sure your yogurt has no sugar or fruit in
    in it, or any cornstarch or anything. Best thing is to make it yourself.
