    sports authority has what looks like a pretty good sale on two weight sets.

    one set is described as "olympic" and the other "international."

    what is the difference?

    International is also Olympic - there is no difference - 'International' is
    short for 'International Competition'

    International is also Olympic - there is no difference - 'International' is
    short for 'International Competition'

  6. Olympic barbell has rotating sleeves that make quick lifts ([censored], clean, high
    pull, variations thereof) easier and safer.

    Dunno what international means, except maybe kilos instead of pounds.
