What's the best seat for Ironman?
There's a whole range of Ariones, which one should I get?

Arses are like fingerprints... everyone is different.. and since my
'fingerprint' has lost a few kgs I find harder seats MUCH better than soft
ones.. very much a personal thing, try a few in store, then hope for the
best when you decide on one....
cheers,

Hey!!
I invented that saying!
I told it to Hotlander (Andrea Sopoliniski in Port Hedland) and she
posted it on the TRIWA website and now it's come back to me!
Amazing!!

I _may_ have read the saying before... cant recall when/where though..
Why am I now thinking of a movie where people talk about knowing the person
who invented 3M post-it notes?
cheers,
GPL

You can check it out on the TRIWA website. It's a current topic.

Bot-bot seems a little too polite to used by Lotte, something more vulgar
would be just right.
Where is she today?

Nothing feels good after 180k's (particularly when time trialling), but some will be better than others!
My vote is for the Selle Italia - Flite Titanium - YMMV

Have you done 180 km on one of these in the aero position?

Oh no, she uses bot-bot. Sometimes LotteBum is all class. All lower-class,
but all class nonetheless. I think she was hard at work! Meanwhile Abby is
off being all hoity-toity with the guv'ner.

The point is, that everyone's [censored] is different, so even if
it felt great to him after 180km, that's of absolutely no use to
you.
My favorite colour is yellow ...

I have a Selle Italia - Flite Titanium (red) and didn't find it
comfortable for long distances in the aero position, hence my asking the
question. It wasn't a sarcastic comment. It has since been replaced with
a San Marco Azoto Triathlon Gel seat.
