For chafed nipples I highly recommend 3M Transpore Surgical Tape.
I've been using it for years. It's strong enough to stay on for your
longest runs, yet not so strong that you can't get it off easily. Most
drug stores carry it. Much cheaper than any runner's lube that I've
seen.
