* Chosen rather arbitrarily as being a "normal" BMI for 6'. I'll probably set a new goal around 172 and see how attainable it is. Went shopping with my GF yesterday in celebration and came home with some 32" waist slacks and a SMALL (who comes up with these sizes?) Nike Pro Trainer shirt. Outback grilled salmon for lunch, steamed dungeness crab for dinner. Life is good.

Everyone's being so nice and supportive of you. I'll just say it. I'm jealous of you, you skinny smug mofo. :-)
Huge congratulations on reaching your goal. 🙂 I, too, may set a lower one once I hit my goal, but I'm not sure yet. People are telling me to stop now. Hm. Time will tell. But again... congratulations 🙂)))

People are telling me to stop too. There are parts of my body they don't see, but perhaps it has more to do with the fact that I weigh less than they do now.
Until you reach a BMI of 18, I don't think there is any basis to stopping for health reasons.
If your experience is like mine, you know how to take the weight off. In a world where most people fail or stall out, why not be the shining example of excellence.
Go for it!

370/265/270 Single malt scotch is awesome (NO it does NOT have carbs as DON'T vodka, gin, rum, bourbon, etc generally) Malt can be made low carb through the judicious use of yeast. Low carb beer? Uh...yeah. Read the books. You can have more than eggs for breakfast. Yes calories do count. Ketosticks are not neccessary to lose weight.
