I have a question and I would really appreciate it if you replied to it. The Sacred heart Diet is low carbs, so I guess it is alright to post it here. Is this diet any good at all? You are supposed to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time and I don't know if it really works. please reply. Elena
Make a descision Elena. Right now. Do you want to lose weight, keep it off, and be happy, healthy and satisfied for the rest of your life? Stop all the floundering and BS. Go out now and get the Atkins book. Read it. It will change your life. Good luck!

Or Protein Power by Dr. & Dr. Eades. I prefer this book to Atkins' books, due to the tone and the explanations of why things work or don't work. Either one will change your life if you want to let them.

Side note on Sacred Heart: My ex did this diet a couple of times, with very little success. It is supposed to shrink your stomach, make you less hungry, etc. I recall that she was not hungry, but lost maybe 2 lbs one time, and maybe 3 another. She had a lot more success with Body4Life, mostly due to the exercise (this is not a LC diet), and had a good deal of success doing Atkins with B4L's workout. Without exercise, I think you can't have much success, at least major success over the long term.
